Breathtaking Video Showcases Property in Commercial Real Estate Marketing Campaign
This is a post detailing howStoryTrack created a unique, beautiful, and wholly original—not unlike the subject—commercial real estate video for Mountain Development’s Bryant Park Studio in Midtown Manhattan. It’s about how vital designing videos for mobile and email can be. But, more importantly, this is about trying to tell stories in all that you do—especially commercial real estate marketing.
Storytelling in All Things—Studios, Films, and Design
We thought that it’d be topical to share our experience designing a captivating property film for a creative-centric commercial space seeking new tenants. Not only did our team have a great time shooting in some of the current tenants’ spaces (you may be familiar with Frances Valentine or Alice and Olivia), but the location simply vibrated with creative energy.
Our mission
Create a breathtaking piece to fill a vacant showroom in the Bryant Park Studios.
Our solution
As they say in real estate, “location, location, location.” And this location has it all. It’s home to 17 beautiful showrooms with original molding work, stained glass skylights, 18-foot tall ceilings, sun-drenched windows, subway tile stairwells, and even an underground “Vault Museum” in the basement.
So, we decided to let the space speak for itself by curating a mobile-friendly piece constructed from artful cinematography, Google Maps captures, and fluid text animations. No jargon. No boring narrator. Simply beauty and potential on display. How did we do?
What Success Looks Like
Were we successful? Would attracting the attention of Callaway Arts & Entertainment, an illustrated book and multimedia production firm, Peach & Lily, a Korean skin-care and beauty product company, and Eight Inc., a multi-discipline experience design studio, count as success? We think so.
“StoryTrack fully realized our plan, and thanks to their leadership, added to our message by conveying it in highly professional, smart-looking presentation projecting credibility and excitement. Hire StoryTrack. Unless you are a competitor, in which case hire the low-cost provider.”
-Michael Allen Seeve, President, Mountain Development
To recap, not only did StoryTrack formulate an effective commercial real estate marketing strategy alongside Mountain Development, but we captured attractive and compelling video, utilized Google Maps to offer viewers a macro-level view of the space, and entirely produced a mobile and email-ready commercial real estate video worthy of its world-renowned designer neighbors.
How’s that for style?
